Zipper by Lorna Crozier

Like Button, Zipper was inspired by a poem from Lorna Crozier's The Book of Marvels. All of the materials used to create the books come from Melhorn-Boe's personal stash of fabric and supplies or those of friends in an effort to reduce consumption. Zipper served as the inspiration for a poem by Terry Ann Carter, "Zipper: a Suite," which would in turn also be transformed by Melhorn-Boe into a bookwork.
